After Redmi teasing the launch of the Redmi Smart TV at the end of Redmi Note 10, now Redmi has finally revealed the launch date of Smart TV on the company’s official Twitter handle. The company is promoting the TV with #XLExperience which suggests that the TV will have a large size. Most of the users speculate this could be the Redmi MAX 86-inch model which was recently launched in China. Let’s take a look at its specifications.
The Redmi MAX TV sports a humongous 86-inch LCD screen which offers 4K resolution (3840×2160 p) along with a refresh rate of 120Hz. The screen also covers 92% DCI-P3 color spectrum. The Smart TV also supports all major HDR modes which include Dolby Vision, HDR10+, HDR10. The smart TV also sports a MEMC chip which gives a smooth effect to the visuals. As for the audio part, TV is equipped with two built-in speakers with audio output of 12.5W which also supports Dolby Atmos. The TV is also equipped with a XiaoAI voice assistant.
The MAX TV is powered by a quad-core processor accompanied by a Mali-G52 MC1 GPU. The TV sports 2GB of RAM, and onboard storage of 32GB. For connectivity, you get 3xHDMI ports, 2X USB ports, one Ethernet jack, and one S/PDIF port.
PRICING AND AVAILABILITY:
The Redmi Max TV 86-inch comes with a price tag of RMB 7,999 (approx Rs 90,000) in China. We can expect the price to be either on similar lines or slightly cheaper considering is a price-sensitive Indian market.
